Guest Service Officer

Your Main Task
  • Welcome and assist our guests in check-in/ check out with easy and efficiency
  • Work with our Property Management System
  • Serve our signature F&B items
  • Prepare a superb coffee and delicious cocktail
  • Maintaining the lobby, food displays
  • Talk and listen to our guests, inform them about the hotel and also the best of the city
Requirement
  • Prefer multi-lingual
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Do not need specific hotel experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Basic in computer knowledge
  • Love to meet and greet different people
